Services Bath Mortgage Search provides independent mortgage advice for every situation or individual need. We have access to the whole of the market. We normally charge a
small administration fee to arrange the mortgage
application. This fee helps covers our basic overheads
and is currently £115 for remortgages and £195 for
purchases. This fee will be disclosed in our Initial Disclosure
Document (Key Facts - About Our Services). In addition, we will also
receive a commission from the lender that is not charge directly to
you. Alternatively, you can choose to pay us by the hour and we will
refund any commission received by the lender - please consult us for further
